"The Flagler Auditorium Governing Board has an exciting professional show line up for you this season. Time has gone by so fast and it is hard to believe 26 years ago the citizens of Flagler County said yes to a 1,000 seat performing arts center. Through the years the Flagler Auditorium Performing Arts Center has experienced the good fortune of the support from thousands of sponsors, advertisers, patrons and loyal theater goers.
The arts play a major role in our community touching the lives of people of all ages. I believe the diversity of shows we offer keeps people coming back. We have something for everyone. The impact this facility has as an economic driver in our community allows us to improve our facility and the quality of shows we provide. Soon you will be seeing and hearing about our expansion project. With the help of the State of Florida Division of Cultural Affairs we will embark on what could be a $6,800,000 project over the next several years.
The Arts! Arts in education, theater arts, graphic arts, drama, chorus, band, contemporary art, dance! Every form of art can be found here. Our relationships and our community support helps us to positively impact our society. The Governing Board’s mission is to enrich lives through inspirational and educational cultural experiences. We hope you enjoy your experience at the Flagler Auditorium. We hope you will come back many times and “let us entertain you”!
