Where is the Box Office located?
We are located in the Auditorium on the south west side of the Flagler Palm Coast High School campus across from the Flagler County Airport. The physical address is 5500 East Highway 100, Palm Coast, FL.

What are the Box Office hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday 9AM-4PM. On performance days, the box office remains open until 8:30PM.

How do I purchase my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office and using a credit card, in person at the box office, or through our online ticketing system.
 
Why are tickets for this show no longer available online?
We take the tickets for shows off of our online store sometime between the night before and the morning of the performance to make it easier for our staff to keep up with the orders. If the show has been taken out of the store earlier than this, tickets for seats on the main floor of the auditorium are running low, and we do not seat people who order online up in the balcony unless it is requested since we do not have an elevator to get there. Tickets for these shows are still available over the phone or in person.
 
How much does a ticket cost?
The cost of the ticket depends upon the performance. Please see the order form online for ticket prices or call the box office (386) 437-7547. We also have ticket prices listed in our online store; if there are multiple prices for the same show, one of them is the youth price and the other is the adult price.

Are all seats the same price?
Yes. All adult seats for the same performance are the same price. If you are looking at the online store and see a cheaper price for the same show, that is the youth ticket price.

Are there any other fees added to the price of the ticket?
If your tickets are purchased online, then an additional convenience fee will apply. There is also an additional fee for tickets to be mailed.

Are there senior citizen discounts?
No, our tickets are already deeply discounted with no additional fees.

Are discount prices available?
Most of our performances have youth prices available. See the order form online to identify the performances with youth prices. Children seated on your lap, not requiring a seat, are free. Groups of 10 or more receive 10% off ticket prices. Subscribers get a 10% discount. A 10% discount is also available to those that purchase tickets for six or more shows at the same time. Auditorium volunteers and school district employees receive a 10% discount on tickets purchased. Please call or come in to receive these discounts; our online store only has tickets at full price.

What ages qualify for youth prices?
Youth is defined as less than 18 years of age. Dance recitals and other groups using our venue for their performances may have youth cut off at 12 or 13 years of age.

What is a subscriber?
A subscriber purchases five or more shows in a single transaction and receives 10% off that transaction.

I cannot find my ticket/s, what can I do?
Call the box office and they can reissue the ticket/s as long as they were purchased in your name. There is a $5.00 fee per ticket for reprinting.

Can you hold seats?
Yes, we hold seats that have been paid for at the box office in "will call" until the time of the performance. We do not hold seats that have not been purchased.

Can I exchange my tickets for a different show?
No. All sales are final.

Are refunds allowed?
No. All sales are final. If the Flagler Auditorium cancels a performance, you will be given a choice of a credit to be used for a later show or a refund.

Can I change my seats?
Yes if the request is for the same show. You must bring your current tickets to the Box office and a $5.00 fee per ticket is charged.

Does your facility have handicap access?
Absolutely. There are several handicap parking spots, a handicap ramp to enter the building, and designated handicap seats in the theatre.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes. A well-lit parking lot is on site with ample FREE parking. There are several handicap parking spots.

What time do the doors open for a performance?
Doors open a half hour prior to the scheduled performance time.

How long is the show?
A show generally runs 2 hours. Call the Box office (386) 437-7547 for specific information about a particular performance.

Is there an intermission?
Generally there is a fifteen-minute intermission. Call the box office (386) 437-7547 for specific information about a particular performance. We may not know for certain whether or not a show will have an intermission until the performers arrive.

Are your performances professional?
We have both professional and community events. If the show is listed in the 2017/2018 Season popup on the side bar or the 2017/2018 Schedule under the Events tab, they are national touring professional performances.

How can I find out about the community events performing in your venue?
Under the "Schools and Community" tab, click calendar, or click Community Calendar on the left side of our website. There will be a list of events for the next three months with prices when applicable, as well as a downloadable list of all of the events we have this season.

What is a VIP?
A VIP is an individual or corporation that makes a financial donation to the Flagler Auditorium, a 501©3 nonprofit organization. There are several levels of VIP sponsorship from Fan Club to Show Sponsor each with their unique benefits, i.e. preferred seating, preferred parking, separate exit, and invitations to private parties to meet the stars. Under the tab "Support Us", scroll down to "Become a VIP" and click for more information.

How do I become a VIP?
Under the "Support Us" tab, scroll down to "Become a VIP", click and download the form, complete and return to the Flagler Auditorium, PO Box 755, Bunnell, FL 32110, or call the Box office and someone will assist you.

How do I become a volunteer at the Auditorium?
Under the "Support Us" tab, scroll to "Volunteer at the Auditorium", scroll down to the highlighted text "Auditorium Volunteer Program Application" and click on the text. Print and complete the application and either bring it to the Auditorium or mail to us at the address in the header of the application. The Auditorium will forward the application on your behalf to be processed. The Flagler County school district will contact you to schedule an appointment to issue a photo identification badge. Once approved by the school district, the Auditorium will contact you to setup an interview and notify you of the next mandatory orientation session.

What types of positions are available for Auditorium volunteers?
Under the "Support Us" tab, scroll to "Volunteer at the Auditorium", scroll down to the link "Flagler Auditorium Position and Qualifications" and open the document. Positions performed by our volunteers are described with the qualifications needed for each position.
